GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning or purchasing from me, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service. (Must be over 18 to commission me) Please read them carefully.

COMISSION PROCESS:Payment is required upfront. Commissions are completed in phases, starting with the sketch stage, where most revisions can be made and clear references are required. After sketch approval, I proceed to coloring and rendering; major changes (pose, composition, or design) may incur additional fees, while color edits are free. Custom characters may take longer due to the design process. Final HD files are delivered via email, with PSD files available upon request. Editing is allowed, but credits and watermarks must remain intact.CREDITS:
All artwork created by me—including commissions, gift art, adoptables, and designs—must be properly credited. This applies to adoptables even if they are redesigned. My work may be uploaded to any platform as long as clear credit is given.ADOPTABLES:
Adoptables may be redesigned freely (including changes to species, physique, or gender). Maintaining the original concept is appreciated but not required.COMMERCIAL USE:
Adoptables include commercial use by default, provided proper credit is given. Any unauthorized commercial use of my designs that were not purchased from me must be reported immediately. This does not apply to legitimate resales or gifted designs from the original buyer.PAYMENTS:
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Eastern Bank deposit, in USD only. Full payment is typically required upfront. Payment holds may be available depending on the order, with a maximum hold of one month for purchases over $100.REFUNDS:
Refunds are only available for unfinished commissions. Adoptables are non-refundable.

Individuals listed below are strictly prohibited from owning, using, or engaging with my artwork or characters. I do not condone harassment toward these individuals and fully disassociate from any such behavior. This list exists solely to maintain personal and professional boundaries.If you are listed below or directly associated with any listed individual, please do not interact with me.
