By working with me you automatically agree to the next terms of service listed below.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
♢ CREDITS: All of my artwork, commissions, gift art, adoptables, designs, etc... must be properly credited to me, this counts for adoptables even if they were re-designed, i don't mind my work being uploaded on any site as long as credits are given.♢ ADOPTABLES: Can be redesigned, have their species changed, physique, gender, anything really, i'd appreciate if they kept their original concept, not mandatory but appreciated.♢ COMMERCIAL USE: My adoptables come by default with allowed commercial use as long as proper credits are given to me for their creation, any stolen desing from me being used for commercial-wise purposes that was not purchased to me (this doesn't count if the original buyer resells the desing or gifts it to a third) must be quickly notified to me.♢ PAYMENTS: Payments must be done via PAYPAL and EASTERN BANK deposit in USD only, usually the complete payment comes first, however holds for payment can be possible depending on what you order from me, maximum of one month hold for a +$100 purchase.♢ REFUNDS: Refunds are only avaliable for UNFINISHED COMMISSIONS, not adoptables.

The people that appear on the following blacklist are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to own, use or have anything related to me and my artwork and characters.I do not condone any harassment to any of this people, i just wanna be out of touch with them. i disassociate completely if anyone does something against these users by reading this. again, do not harass these users, it doesn't make you better than them. People mentioned on this blacklist has either harassed me, have public bewares, violated my T.O.S or are actually problematic.If you are one of these users or related to any, please do not interact with me.
